Our hot water heater went out 3 days ago. We called our warranty company "American Homeshield" they took 2 days to come out, arrived on a Wednesday. They ordered a thermocouple said they should be able to install on Friday. I received no communication regarding the replacement part so I called the company dispatched by the warranty company. I was told they were very busy and wouldn't be able to return until Thursday (6 more days) after I complained about not having any hot water for 3 days now and my kids need to be able to shower they were able to change the date to Tuesday. Still not acceptable for our family as that is 4 more days. Our family can't go a week with no hot water. I used Family Plumbing Heating & Air years ago and had a business card, so I called, they were more than accommodating. They were able to come out to repair the part in a few hours. We called them back and instead of fixing the problem we decided to replace the hot water heater they were able to accommodate our change and still come out in a few hours. Darrell arrived on time and changed out our hot water heater. The process was quick and easy. Thank you Family Plumbing Heating & Air our family will once again enjoy a hot shower!! :-)

Our water heater went out a few days ago, and this company came to our rescue! This week it was the shower and toilet... Darrell came out and promptly went to work and did an excellent job! Very honest and hard working. Thank you for all you've done!

Family Plumbing Heating & Air is my go-to for plumbing with absolutely no hesitation. Today was no different. Brian & Trevor were courteous, helpful, and I felt he was watching out for my best interest. I have no worries with Family Plumbing Heating & Air.
