Plumber did not put in new wax seal, as we were told by the manager , and gave a “story” about inverted pipe, costing $3500 to fix. Also, Did not return my second call. We Paid $275 for basically nothing. Definitely do NOT recommend.

I was just introduced to Family Plumbing Heating and Air and they did a fantastic job. They were able to schedule service right away and I got a new water heater and my AC fixed all on the same day! The office staff is super friendly! Great service and great prices with awesome customer service.

Gee, Drew, and Flo handled our A/C replacement and repairs effortlessly. It was a record breaking hot day and they worked with our schedule to make sure that we were safe and well taken care of.
